1. Service Description
FrontDoorAds ("we," "us") provides category-exclusive postcard advertising services in Harford County, Maryland. By placing an order, you ("Advertiser") agree to these terms.
2. Order & Payment
Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe Checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. Your category-exclusive placement is confirmed upon successful payment.
3. Artwork Submission
You are responsible for submitting final artwork that meets our published specifications (file format, dimensions, resolution). We print and mail what you upload. There is no proof, revision, or approval step. By uploading artwork, you represent that you have the rights to use all content in your ad and that the content complies with applicable laws.
4. Category Exclusivity
Each order reserves one business category in the selected ZIP code(s) for one campaign drop. Exclusivity applies only to the specific drop for which payment is made.
5. Refund Policy
If your card doesn't go in the mail on June 15, you get a full automatic refund. That's the only refund condition. If we mail your ad as scheduled, the sale is final.
6. Liability for Artwork
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your submitted artwork. We are not liable for errors, typos, or legal issues in advertiser-submitted content. By submitting artwork, you assign us the right to print and mail the content as part of the postcard campaign.
7. Drop Schedule
Drop dates and order cutoff dates are published on our website and may change. We will notify paid advertisers of any schedule changes via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific campaign in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
