When you place an order, we collect: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business category, selected ZIP code(s), and uploaded artwork files. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

We use your information to: process your order, print and mail your postcard ad, communicate about your campaign, and issue refunds when applicable. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and cloud storage for artwork files. These services have their own privacy policies. We may use analytics tools to understand website traffic.
4. Data Retention
We retain order information for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period afterward for accounting and support purposes. Artwork files are retained through the campaign drop date and may be deleted afterward.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@frontdoorads.com.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure third-party services for payment and file storage.
